We do not sell property. We represent property buyers and we advise vendors on how to choose a selling agent and the best method of sale for their property. We will only ever represent one party to a property transaction, therefore avoiding any conflicts of interest in the sales process.

And, unlike most other companies, Pursuit Property Advisory's buyer advocacy services are based on a set fee – not a commission percentage of the purchase price.


We negotiate directly with agents to obtain the best price and terms for our clients, and we also bid on auction day where required and we execute proven strategies based on our extensive auction experience.


Our Buyer Advocate team have a background in property valuation, licensed estate agency & auctioneering, with a property career of over 20 years, on average, which ensures that our clients know the true market value of what they are buying.
